Why, you may be wondering, do careers in Arts & Design fall under such a huge umbrella? The answer may be as complicated as all the different types of work you can find in this field, but the primary reason is that most of these disciplines –whether visual arts, computer graphics or even sculpture – are interrelated and many schools will offer courses that overlap as a way to build a more robust curriculum (and student!).
In today’s increasingly wired and connected world, visual media has become more and more present and the majority of that work falls to professionals who have spent at least some time in an Arts & Design program.
