CareerGlider was created with today’s workforce in mind. We know that in order to succeed in life, you need to have the right skills and proper training. Our site is designed to help you find the right path to soar above and get the certificate, degree or training that you need.

CareerGlider does not offer job listings because we know that our users are not looking for a job but instead, a career. We believe that everyone has the right to an education and we want to help you find the school that meets your needs and matches your lifestyle.

Sunil co-founded CareerGlider with hopes of shrinking the gigantic skills gap that’s growing a wedge between today’s job seekers and today’s hiring employers.

“I‘ve seen way too many recent college graduates walking about aimlessly, abandoned, in a job market that no longer requires their talents. Ironically, the reality is, employers are desperately seeking skilled workers for decent paying jobs. Our mission at CareerGlider is to bring the two groups together. We help our users identify areas of interest and then get them enrolled in the right schools – with classes and degrees that will provide them with the sought after skills employers want.”

An entrepreneur and venture capitalist himself, Sunil understands where the job market is hottest and is constantly meeting with the corporations on the cutting edge of fields seeking skilled workers.

Sunil received his bachelor’s degree from Harvard College in 1985 and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania in 1987.

When he’s not busy making CareerGlider a world class site, he finds time to serve on the Save the Children Board of Trustees.

Sunil is married and has two teenage sons.

As a digital trends expert and CEO of the NYC digital marketing agency Blue Fountain Media, Gabe knows that finding talented new hires is difficult.

“That’s why I’m so excited to be involved with CareerGlider. Technology changes so quickly and that speed of change requires career minded individuals to constantly upgrade their skills. It’s the only way to stay relevant and valuable in today’s job market. We always need people with up-to-date skills. CareerGlider’s going to give those people a resource – a comprehensive site – where they can learn what skills they need and where to acquire them.”

Gabe grew his modest web site design business into a premiere marketing firm that lists Fortune 1000 companies like P&G, Nike, AT&T and the NFL on its client roster. He attributes the success of Blue Fountain to his employees because these are people who “get it”. They understand, with a passion, the most up-to-date strategies and tactics being used in the digital industry.

He’s a graduate of NYU and lives in NYC with his wife and two daughters, enjoys listening to music and admits he loves reading online comic books.
